Looking for a flexible role where you can get involved in real property projects, site work and estates activity?
We’re recruiting a practical, organised and proactive individual to support our estates and projects team across a diverse property portfolio.
The Role
✔ Support property projects and contractor activity
✔ Assist with arrears and tenant engagement
✔ Maintain records and compliance systems
✔ Get involved in site visits, inspections and coordination
✔ Provide occasional front-of-house cover

We’re looking for a Governance & Administration Officer to play a vital role in supporting the smooth, compliant, and effective running of our organisation. You’ll be at the heart of our governance, making things happen, keeping everything on track, and ensuring we meet our legal and regulatory responsibilities to the highest standard.

While your working hours are flexible, you’ll play a key part in important events, including:

Monthly Trustee Meetings (third Tuesday evenings)

Annual General Meeting (June)

Mayor’s Court (October)
We’ll make sure your hours work around these commitments, including time off in lieu where needed.
